This topic has been on my mind a lot, so thanks for exploring it further. I keep coming back to the idea that innovation is moving faster than our human ability to take it in. In other parts of life, things evolve together (airplanes + air traffic, sports + safety gear, etc). With tech, "innovation" takes off but our psychology lags behind. At the simplest level, that gap will continue to shapes whether we respond or just react.
