Jessi, so wonderful to see you here. I’ve always been so inspired by your work and how you move through the world, as I’ve continued to follow along for the last 15+ years now :)
As a mindfulness teacher, all I think about is how and where do we focus our attention, how we can train our minds so we can be more present with what our hearts might be trying to tell us.
These days, I have been sitting with how do we continue to be engaged in the collective suffering that is happening around us while still caring for ourselves and not burning ourselves out. Looking forward to reading more about what you’ll be exploring here and elsewhere.

At the moment I am focusing on what to do with my life next so revisiting the dream job exercise in more depth on here and Hello Monday Office Hours would be great 👍. Hi Jessi You too 🙂. I now have a new connection from the Hello Monday Office Hours Community called Genevieve ☀️. I am just about to listen to the most recent podcast about the white supremacist who killed 9 black people (terrible) on Spotify. Particularly relevant since I am now a member of the Hello and Welcome Team at Gas Street Central Church but I love it 💕 there and Birmingham UK is a multicultural city so I don't worry too much. We even have a large Farsi community. Times have moved on although when you look at Israel and Palestine you wonder sometimes 🤷. Would that be another topic for Hello Monday Office Hours? 🤔.
